Losing or gaining weight is hard. You don't know what to eat, when to eat it, or how much to eat. I can help! We'll set simple realistic goals, up your nutrition knowledge, and grow new habits one by one. You'll apply it all to your daily life and (most importantly) finally make peace with food and your body. I’ll work with you regularly along your journey until you reach your goals.

Weight Optimization

As a Registered Dietitian, I'm authorized to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). That means I can provide guidance to help clients manage a variety of medical conditions. These can include things like diabetes, kidney disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's, food allergies, and many more.

Medical Conditions

Eating disorders are very serious, and very difficult to overcome alone. This isn’t something you asked for or want, and you just want to be normal. To eat a regular meal. To be able to have a treat sometimes. Along with a qualified therapist, I can help you set a plan in place and guide you to make that a reality.

Disordered Eating

You feel like you’re going through life pretty alright so far, and you don’t really fit into any of the other categories. You’ve heard lots of things from the media about how to be healthy, eat right, and maximize your health. Here I’ll go more in depth about nutrition, your body, and all the little extra tidbits you can do to be your best, happiest you.

A new law called the No Surprises Act requires providers to give clients a "good faith estimate" of the expected cost of treatment. This can vary greatly dependent upon a client's needs and medical diagnosis. 4 visits is the standard amount of visits needed to cover the major nutrition topics and costs $340. However, a client can opt for as few or as many visits as desired. Visits are charged separately, not as a package price.
